1. Apply and register for state card with Maryland Cannabis Commission at mmcc.maryland.gov and obtain a patient ID number
2. Schedule an appointment with NP Home Assess
3. If approved your information will be uploaded and certified. You will be able to print a temporary certification and then able to visit any dispensary in Maryland.
